Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Deductibles, co-payments and balances beyond insurance coverage are due at the time of service. We offer the following payment options to accommodate your financial needs:
- Cash and personal checks
- Debit cards
- Visa, MasterCard and American Express
- Financing through Citibank for up to 18 months no interest or finance charges.
- Discounts for payment in full at the start of treatment and for senior citizens.
If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.
Insurance
We are a preferred provider for Regence BCBS, ODS Premier, Ameritas, Dentemax, The Standard, Cigna Radius, Principal, United Concordia, and work with most insurance carriers. As a courtesy to you, we will submit all insurance claims for you after each billable visit. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
